Terms

Terms

Last updated 6 November 2026

These are the terms for using Keepsake. By making an account you agree to them. If you do not, please don't use the app.

Your account

Use your own email address and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you can close it whenever you like.

Your lists

Everything you save stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and to show it back to you or to the people you share a list with. Share only links and pictures you are happy for others to see.

Shared lists

Making a list public creates a link anybody can open. Treat that link as public: keep private notes off a shared list, and stop sharing if the link has gone further than you meant.

The shops behind the links

Keepsake does not sell anything. Prices, pictures and availability are read from the shop's own page when you paste a link, so they can age or be wrong, and they are not an offer. The shop's terms and privacy policy apply to anything you buy there, and we have no say over their stock, delivery or returns.

Fair use

Please don't

  • use Keepsake to break the law or to store anything you have no right to;
  • scrape, copy or hammer the service in a way that spoils it for other people;
  • try to reach lists, accounts or data that are not yours.

We may close an account that does these things.

Availability

The app is offered as it is. We work to keep it running and your lists safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that a shop's page will always be readable. Keep your own note of anything you would hate to lose.

Ending it

You can stop using Keepsake at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top moves with them, and a change that matters is announced by email before it takes effect.
